I've tried over 100 times this morning just to speak to someone about a repeat prescription. Not once has the call even started to ring. Totally unacceptable!
Always found reception to be rude and condescending. They are not willing to help. The doctors generalized a diagnosis as period pain when it was a crushed nerve from a twisted spine. Things were made so complicated when my wife needed to get extra prescription for her diabetes test kit during pregnancy and they treated her like an idiot on multiple occasions. Even when she said she didn't know they still treated her rudely. We have happily moved out of the area and can register with a new gp. Thank god.
Having been registered with this practice for over 30 years I can honestly say it has always had a good standard of health care ,but for the last 4/5 years the service has become 5 star!Having recently visited the surgery with my daughter I couldn't fault the professional shown by the reception staff,equally the caring and concern shown to my daughter by Dr Krishnan. I truly couldn't have asked for a better service I'd I had paid for thw consultation .
What a shambles this place is. The practice manager is rude and condescending. The 'doctors' aren't interested in listening to you. I've moved to one that actually gives a damn. AVOID.
You are greeted with polite,friendly and professional receptionist's,then you have a great nurse,always prepared to help you in any way she can. Now the Doctors they are all very professional make you fillat ease and always there when you need them. This a excellent surgeryto be apart of.
