Bought a high mileage Mercedes from then 2 weeks ago and found them friendly, honest and fair. On my test drive they pointed out an expensive fault which they repaired before delivery. They also replaced tyres, battery and MOTd it at no cost to me. I had the car serviced and fully checked out by Mercedes and they confirmed it is in VGC. Very pleased with my purchase.
i have bought two cars from this dealer and have found Peter and Jason very helpful friendly and honest i had a problem with my Range Rover starting, and they sent an electrician over straight away to check it for me, it turned out i had left the rear interior light on, flatening the battery, they replaced the battery with no cost to me, would highly recommend.
Never ever buy a car from these cowboys!! I bought a car whilst heaverly pregnant and them knowing I have other children and I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 diesel as I had one previously but petrol and needed a 7 seater!! This car was supposed to come with AA warranty I only had the car a matter of days when my partner noticed an oil leak which they fobbed off and told me it wasn't and not covered under the warranty!! I bought this car in June 2016 and had to call the AA out seven times none starter had the glow plugs replaced crank shaftsensor alternator battery all not covered under the warranty the wheel come away from the car whilst I was driving it with my children inside the police telling me if it had been 20mins later when I was supposed to be travelling at speed on the A127 we wld be dead!! Took this to the garage more money 550. Now I'm without a car yet again needs a new engine totalling 2,500!! I'm now stuck I'm a lone parent I'm out of pocket massively rang up loads of debts cause this car was clearly faulty when they sold it to me!! I paid 4,000 and p/x an 800/1,000 Mercedes and in total now the costs will total over 4,000 I feel physically sick that these cowboys put my family in danger knowing their was problems and letting me pay out while their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written On!!! I am seeking legal advice now DONT buy from these I've been driving for over 20 years and never ever hv I had such an unreliable car!!!

Got my new used car here. The guys here were very helpful throughout the car buying process. I needed a bit of after care with the car and without question they sorted it out.
