UncooperativeWe had an ongoing issue with screeching brakes, we were told new brake pads had been put on by Branson's prior to them MOT'ing the car.However when we tried to fit new brake pads and discs ourselves there was no locking wheel nut with the car or jack and accessories, we were not offered replacements. We feel very disappointed.
