I have purchased 3 cars from Mark over the years. All Lexus. The latest being a couple of weeks ago. I cannot fault Mark and boocar. Friendly, helpful, and only want to please the customer. I got a good price on my smax as p/X. My Lexus rx450h is amazing. The rear parcel shelf was missing which Mark ordered. Everything was how it should be and I love my lexus. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Ps. Mark is currently trying to get the service book and spare key sorted too.
Would recommend to family and friends. Exceeded my expectations by far. I had returned from 12 months out of the UK, was temporarily based in Brighton, and I wanted to buy a Lexus RX400h quickly based on prior good experience. First day of looking around M25 dealers (Lexus and others) yielded disappointments. I saw Boocar had one on the web. It looked good so despite my hesitation at heading towards Southend I went there. Once viewed it looked good. A practical consideration for others is the area has 50MPH speed limit so if you want to drive up to 70MPH allow more time and go outside peak periods. I went back two days later on a Saturday, drove it up to 70MPH. All good. Bought it. Since then (3 weeks ago) I've been to Derbyshire and back and the car has gone really well.Throughout the process Mark was very professional, knowledgeable about Lexus, friendly, and answered all questions very clearly. A pleasure based on some other experiences I've had.Thanks Mark !
Lovely knowledgeable staff who provide great care into making sure your car is suitable for your needs.. no pushy salesmen! Wide range of stock would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car.
