Great pub for allowing us to take the dog in. Very busy on this occasion, went for husbands birthday drink. All adults and many dogs very well behaved!
Regular visitor. Special get together local dachshund group. Pub more than happy for pets/dogs to have access to allow owners to eat & drink & have a chat
My first time in Ye Olde Smack and I was impressed. Lovely space ,nice beers and great location.The toilets were clean and fit for purpose which is a failure on a lot of pubs. Staff were attentive and on point and a great couple of hours spent in a nice location.
Pub is ok , smells like a wet tramp at times. But this was to do with the amount of dogs that were in there. They also allow k-9's in the pub which is good and makes it friendly. Beer was flat and this one lady called me Phillip which is not my name.
Great pub. Often visit for their great food. Being a vegetarian I love going there as I dont just to have fish and chips, they do a great mushroom pie or mushroom pudding with mash and seasonal veg. Lovely staff and great food
