Took samsonite case in for repair day before a holiday as Id only just noticed wheel was broken girl in shop fixed it within an hour I had bought the case six years ago from them and still receipts excellent service even with a smile
Excellent customer service and take the time to make sure you get the perfect product suited to your needs (even though I showed up 10 minutes before they close!). They have items to suit all price ranges and are happy to recommend cheaper ones if they are fit for purpose. Highly recommend.
