Read the RETURNS Policy - Completely Non Compliant with Industry StandardsRang previously whist travelling to clarify the returns process. Was unable to reach anyone. Emailed 5th February, no response. Followed up and rang again today, 8th February. Rude interaction regarding my request to return an item. No other solution presented, simply a passive aggressive attitude insinuating that it was my problem as I've indirectly accepted the return terms by placing my order.I ordered a 400 item that does not fit my space. Despite it being in it's original condition and packaging, I'm expected to fund the return shipping cost AND agree to 100 (25% of my order) being deducted from my return refund per Connections At Home's terms and conditions below. These terms are not outlined at the time of purchase nor in the email order confirmation. Otherwise I would have cancelled my order and repurchased from a retailer with more reasonable return terms. Unacceptable and financially malicious as it cannot possibly cost the company 100 to repack and stock the item. "If you decide that the Goods are not appropriate, are unused & still in their original packaging then please advise us by email. You may return Goods at your cost for a refund on the Goods. All returns will be subject to a minimum 9.50 or 25% charge (which ever is the greater value). This is to cover for the original delivery, subsequent repacking & stocking cost. This cost will be deducted from the refund."

I love the Magis Mago Broom I bought from CAH and the process was easy - you can buy as a guest, good communications, quick delivery. The broom's expensive compared to most, but it's worth it - why have an ugly broom that always falls over? The Mago actually does stand on its own, plus there's a custom hook if you prefer to hang it. Looks great, sweeps well.
I paid 7.50 delivery cost for a small item...it took 2 weeks for the order to arrive and when it arrived it was incomplete. Very unhappy customer
