Had a BSOD issue with my PC, tried troubleshooting and fixing the issue myself with little results. Took it to IT Helpdesk and they identified the problem as being a HDD issue, Callum kindly removed the old one, installed a new one and installed windows for me as I was away on holiday. Very approachable, friendly and professional, would recommend.
I needed to print three pages. They said that it would take 30 minutes. I waited the 30 minutes there, nothing happened. Nobody explained the reasons for the delay, and there was no other place to go so I waited more. After an hour they didn't do anything, I had to leave with nothing, not even an apology. Very disrespectful and careless attitude towards clients.
Excellent service on my laptop to replace the power socket. They also fixed the laptop's hinge and the case, which were in a really bad state, free of charge. Great work, good price, highly recommend.
Fantastic and continuing personal service from really helpful and professional staff. I bought my lap top from them and discovered I couldn't connect my printer, so they immediately came to my house and did it for me free of charge as a courtesy and I'm still "dining out" on their generosity 3 years later, in that if I have a problem I just pop in the shop and they'll resolve it for me and as its usually simple doesn't incur a charge. This is a terrific life line as usually after purchasing a computer; you're on your own!They will set up their computers for you usually free of charge which would ordinarily incur a charge elsewhere, plus you're buying into a "hands holding" service which for me has proved invaluable.Highly recommended!
